Information used for purchases

We use the Minecraft player UUID and username to identify the recipient. We retain purchased balances, cosmetic ownership and payment references, amounts, currency and transaction status to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate credits and handle support, refunds and disputes. Support emails may contain information you provide.

Stripe

Stripe processes checkout and payment details under its privacy policy. TetherBreak does not receive full card details through this checkout. Payment notifications are verified by our game server before coins are credited.

Hosting and security

Our website and server hosts may process technical logs, including IP addresses and request information, for security and operation. Administrative Studio access uses its own authenticated session. Purchase links are temporary and should not be shared.

Retention and requests

Records are retained to operate the account, provide purchase support and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. Email support to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained as required by law or to resolve transactions.
